HIGH SCHOOL PRINCIPAL:
St. Mary’s Catholic High School, Phoenix, Arizona, is seeking an enthusiastic, visionary, qualified administrator with strong leadership and commitment to and experience in Catholic education for the 2026-2027 school year.
Founded in 1917, Saint Mary’s Catholic High School is a Roman Catholic, diocesan, co-educational, college preparatory institution serving metropolitan Phoenix. It is a multi-cultural, centrally-located school whose primary focus is dedicated to the spiritual, academic, social and personal growth of each student, centered on the Gospel. The School’s mission is to provide a liberal arts education that forms virtuous young men and women who know the truth and love the good.
QUALIFICATIONS:
The Principal serves as the chief faith and academic leader of the school, responsible for advancing Catholic identity, promoting a culture of excellence, and supporting the integral formation of students. The Principal works collaboratively with families, faculty, and school leadership to further the mission of Catholic education.
SALARY AND BENEFITS:
Salary negotiable based on experience, education, and credentials. Benefits include employee health insurance, retirement, sick leave, vacation, short-term disability, and social security.
