YOUR ROLE:
The Chief Development Officer (CDO) serves as the head of the Development Department and is responsible for all fundraising efforts across the organization. This includes individual giving, major gifts, institutional giving, special events, and planned giving. The CDO plays a critical role in securing the essential revenue that advances CV’s mission and ensures organizational sustainability.
As a key member of the Executive Team, the CDO provides high-level input and strategic guidance across all departments and works closely with the President and Board of Directors to shape the long-term vision, direction, and priorities of CV.

Manage, mentor, and inspire a development team of five to achieve ambitious fundraising goals.
