YOUR ROLE: The Director of Monthly Giving  is a key role on our development/fundraising team, reporting to the VP of Development. The Director of Monthly Giving will lead the strategy, growth, and execution of CatholicVote’s monthly donor base, the Champions Club, a critical pillar of CatholicVote’s long-term sustainability and mission impact. The Director of Monthly Giving must enjoy engaging directly with our supporters and helping them appreciate and fund the mission of CatholicVote through both interpersonal and digital encounters. As the program grows, the Director will build and manage a small team dedicated to Champions Club donor engagement and growth. General Summary of the Position   As a member of the Diocesan leadership team, leadership in the church is both a privilege and a sacred responsibility. The Senior Director of Development must uphold the mission of the Diocese to bring the people to Jesus Christ and Jesus Christ to the people.   This position will play a key role in strengthening and expanding the philanthropic culture within the diocese and broader community, with a strong focus on donor relations.   Directs, plans, organizes, implements, and evaluates all philanthropic activities for the support and benefit of the organizations comprising the Diocese of Dallas.
