I retired from a full-time career in my late 40's and then returned to the workforce to work part-time. Eventually the position became full time, so I stepped down and now I am looking for 20 hours a week part-time online work to fill in random hours when I am not taking care of my husband and children. I have experience in both for-profit and nonprofit organizations, corporate and small business, and a plethora of skills and experience.
I served as the Administrator and Director of a comprehensive religious education program supporting 375- 400 students in grades K–12 and their families. My responsibilities encompassed strategic leadership and operational management, including the recruitment, training, and supervision of 35-40 catechists. I oversaw the development and maintenance of detailed program calendars and managed online registration systems. I ensured the creation of nurturing environments conducive to catechetical and spiritual formation, coordinated closely with the Diocese, parish staff, youth, parents, and volunteers, and led the planning and execution of sacramental preparation and retreats. Additionally, I maintained accurate electronic and physical records, managed inventory for educational materials and sacramental supplies, and organized and supervised Totus Tuus, a week-long summer faith camp.

As the Executive Director of the Dodgeville Area Chamber of Commerce, I managed comprehensive budgeting and reporting responsibilities for both nonprofit and for-profit segments, oversaw a budget exceeding $150,000, including detailed Room Tax reporting. I supervised paid staff members along with dozens of dedicated Chamber volunteers, ensuring smooth operations and the achievement of our goals. I developed and disseminatde advertising and marketing materials across diverse media platforms such as television, radio, newspapers, and magazines. I organized and executed a variety of local and tourism events, ranging in size and scope, to promote our region effectively. Building and maintaining a robust network within the business community was a priority for me, as was assisting visitors with vacation planning, including accommodations, dining, and entertainment options. I led strategic planning efforts, oversaw membership recruitment and retention, and was responsible for grant writing and fundraising campaigns. Additionally, I managed specific projects like renovating the Chamber building, promote tourism through fall color reporting, and served as the emcee for community events like the Green Bay Packers Tailgate Tour, where I partnered to raise substantial funds for a local animal shelter.
