Hey there, My name is Jessica Madden and I'm a copywriter based in SE Michigan. I'm a lifelong Catholic and passionate about prospering Catholic ventures. Currently, I'm the copywriter for Dallas-based coworking company, Common Desk. As Common Desk's first ever copywriter, I've built out the daily rhythms and processes for the role, as well as defined success and begun initiatives to help create a more robust and effective marketing departments. My responsibilities and experience includes: Website and landing page copy Email marketing, email creation, newsletter creation Digital ad sets and digital ad copy Social media management on Instagram, Linkedin, and Facebook Long-form blog creation and content Defining and maintaining company tone of voice across multiple communication channels I also have experience in remote customer service, where I spent a year managing the Common Desk company phone lines. From incoming leads to pre-existing members, I informed and sold memberships, troubleshot member issues, and booked conference room reservations daily. When I'm not writing, you can find me drinking coffee, reading a fantasy novel, or watching a theology debate on YouTube! I'm a current student at the Sacred Heart Major Seminary in Detroit and am scheduled to complete a Certificate in Catholic Theology in Q4.
