My name is Alexandra Muñoz Pagan, ISFCJ. I got a Bachelor's degree in Education from the University of Valencia (Spain), a Bachelor's degree in Religious Studies from ISCREB in Barcelona (Spain), and a Master's degree in Pastoral Ministry from Oblate School of Theology in San Antonio, TX. Currently, I am studying Journalism in Isabel I University in Spain. I have experience in mass media communications and radio programs producer. I have taught at various grade levels in Catholic schools in Spain, Puerto Rico, and the United States. I have also taught the Basic Teachings of the Catholic Church to adults as a Formation Minister, primarily in Spanish. I have worked in faith formation and leadership with Hispanic ministries, youth, and children in the United States, Spain, and Puerto Rico.

I recently retired from my corporate career after 37 years , and now seeking an opportunity with a mission-focused Catholic organization where I can continue to deepen my faith journey and help others do the same. I am not seeking an executive position, instead looking for an individual contributor role where my skills and experience can support the organization’s mission. Over those 37 years, I accumulated extensive marketing and leadership experience with Fortune 500 companies including Disney, NBCUniversal, and Walmart, as well as several leading U.S. agencies. My career has encompassed strategic planning, brand and retail marketing, content creation, eCommerce, customer lifecycle management, organizational design, talent development and management, process optimization, and full P&L ownership. I have had the opportunity to oversee, lead, and mentor high-performing teams from specialized marketing units to larger, complex outsourced marketing departments. I have been married 36 years, and we are blessed with three adult children (no grandchildren …yet J ). My wife and I met at University of Dayton, a Catholic university in Ohio, and married one year after graduating. We were both raised in devout Catholic families and continue to practice our faith actively. Currently we reside in Dallas-Ft. Worth metroplex, are members of St. Ann Catholic Parish located in Coppell, TX, and have no plans to relocation.
