General Summary of the Position   As a member of the Diocesan leadership team, leadership in the church is both a privilege and a sacred responsibility. The Senior Director of Development must uphold the mission of the Diocese to bring the people to Jesus Christ and Jesus Christ to the people.   This position will play a key role in strengthening and expanding the philanthropic culture within the diocese and broader community, with a strong focus on donor relations.   Directs, plans, organizes, implements, and evaluates all philanthropic activities for the support and benefit of the organizations comprising the Diocese of Dallas.
