David Jeffrey Stone
Principal, Executive Director, Headmaster, CEO, Manager, Servant Leader
Greetings _____________ Catholic Community, I hope this finds you well. My name is David Stone. I am a faith-filled, life-long learner compelled to apply my humble talents as a servant leader within the field of Catholic administration. I am very interested in your __________ position, located in _______________. I believe that my faith, education, integrity, multicultural teaching experience, passion for collaborating with colleagues to help students be successful, and Catholic school servant leadership experience makes me a worthy candidate of note. My formal education includes a BS in English and political science and an MEd in Curriculum and Instruction. My work experience represents time as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Mongolia, a public middle school teacher here in the States, 14+ years as a Catholic school principal, and executive leadership of a non-profit providing mental health services to youth. I have extensive experience managing organizations, being responsible for policy development and implementation, safety, working with community stakeholders, accreditation, facilitating fiscal oversight, and professional collaboration. As I look toward being a good fit with this __________ position, I think of three key areas of interest that I have to offer, in addition to my faith and strong work ethic. People Skills – I possess the desired communication, collaboration and leadership traits necessary for interacting with the varying levels of stakeholders represented in your community. I respect the worth and dignity of all and I seek to serve with humility. Intelligence – While my formal education and experience will serve me well, I also have a ‘life-long learning perspective’ which drives me to continually better myself when it comes to position and career related goals. I am smart, but not too smart to know that there is always more I can learn and improve upon, more to consider, more to develop. Ability – I have the ability to be mission driven and objective oriented. I have the ability to prioritize while being flexible to variables which may fluctuate. I have the ability to negotiate, maintaining fidelity to core Catholic values while seeking common ground with diverse stakeholders. I have demonstrated ability – having worked with professional counterparts, board members, business owners, volunteers, etc. – to problem solve, build consensus and resolve challenging areas of concern or dispute. With humble confidence I believe that I will make an excellent long-term servant leadership addition to the __________________ community, and I look forward to discussing my ____________ candidacy at your convenience.   Thank you for your consideration. Sincerely, David J. Stone

Education
This international conference sounds like a great initiative to promote collaboration and innovation in education. It’s wonderful to see educators and learners coming together to share knowledge. For continued learning support beyond the conference, exploring online resources for parents, families, and students  can really help strengthen the connection between home and school learning.
Marcos Piolla
Ilustrator, Animator, Designer Rio de Janeiro, Brazil
I am an Animator (2D traditional and digital, 3D), Ilustrator and Art Director with 30 years of experience in most areas of Art production and publishing, including almost 20 years in the 2nd biggest broadcaster in the world (but 1st in production volume).  I was born in a catholic family and I was educated in catholic schools. I am married and father of a 23yo daughter. I'm looking for job opportunities that align with my beliefs in The Lord, Jesus Christ and His Church. Most of the job openings in my area are secular, to say the least, and I believe that producing Art that shows the beauty of our faith is the best way to be an artist and the best strategy to spread the Gospel among the young, which are also the most targeted by secular and worse kind of entertainment.

George W Asebedo
Director of Faith Formation
I am a lay Catholic theologian, catechist, and writer with over four years of experience mentoring individuals and developing faith formation resources. My mission is to help Catholics, especially the disaffiliated, skeptical, and seeking, rediscover the beauty and truth of the Church through doctrinal clarity, pastoral outreach, and liturgical catechesis. I’ve authored over two dozen theological essays, created a comprehensive RCIA and K–8 catechetical program (Adeptus), and led formation efforts for both parishioners and catechists. I am seeking a full-time role in ministry that aligns with the Church’s call to make disciples through fidelity to the Magisterium, deep evangelization, and the transformative power of the sacraments.

Nicole Kirst
Catholic education De Smet, SD, USA
I am praying for and working towards a position that will allow me to share my Catholic Faith and share my educational knowledge with others in order to promote and defend the Catholic faith.  I want to work for Our Dear Lord and His Catholic Church.  Teaching is my gift from God. I love teaching, especially about our wonderful Catholic faith. Teaching, children, teens and adults about the love of Jesus and how that can be fully understood through the teachings of the Catholic faith has been my life vocation. I have a unique way of teaching where I break down the information and research interesting facts to help the students fully comprehend the information. I particularly love to incorporate sacred art in my lessons, because beautiful and well done sacred art is a teaching tool all on its own. By the grace of our Dear Lord Jesus, I have been afforded many various opportunities to teach, in public school, catholic school, in the parish setting, tutoring, homeschool setting as well as an online instructor. I have spent my free time learning as much as I am able about he Catholic faith through reading, scriptures, the Catholic Catechism, through amazing authors such as Stice, Hahn, Barron, Weddell, Sheen, Ratzinger, JPII, as well as researching our Catholic doctrines. I recently started my masters in Catechesis and Evangelization through Franciscan University.  I would love the opportunity to share more about my love for Jesus and His Holy Catholic Church as well as my teaching experience with you through an online or in-person interview.   Thank you for reading my letter.

Religious Education any
The first thing you need to know about me is, I am authentically Catholic. I stick to the truths of our Catholic Faith when I teach on any topic. I very much enjoy teaching youth about our wonderful Catholic faith, the sacraments, our Blessed Mother and about the love of Jesus. Another important thing to know about me is that I love organizing, I am a very social person and I am energized by working with people. It is an absolute priority for me to be dependable, organized and trustworthy. I am praying for and working towards a position that will allow me to share my Catholic Faith and share my educational knowledge with others in order to promote and defend the Catholic faith. I am currently working for my parish as the DRE in DeSmet, South Dakota.  I want to work for Our Dear Lord and His Catholic Church. Up until November of 2020 I held a position with St. Joseph Catholic Church in Salida, Colorado as the Religious Education, Youth and Young Adult Coordinator.  I have been involved with faith formation in one form or another for the last 30 years. I have been blessed with the opportunity to work with many homeschool families in Pennsylvania over the last 25 years as a homeschool evaluator. I interview homeschool students in grades K -12 and review their portfolios. I am able to read and evaluate their work and write a letter to the school district on each student’s progress that year. This has afforded me the experience of helping parents learn to grow in learning and faith along side their children. Parents are the first and most important teachers of their children. It is my goal to help families learn how to joyfully fulfill this calling from God. In Colorado, I had been working in a supervisory position in our parish and a neighboring parish for over 6 years. This experience allowed me to coordinate with people of many ages, skills and abilities in a professional setting. It has been my privilege to be involved with leadership training on the diocesan level for youth. It has been a priority to participate in ongoing training for youth and young adult coordinators provided through the Diocese of Colorado Springs. I am a ready learner and I take instruction well with any new skills required to meet the needs any Catholic education endeavor. On a personal note homeschooling is dear to me and my family. Both of my older 2 children graduated from our homeschool program. We used various programs over the years to meet the needs of our children. I would love the opportunity to share my Catholic faith with the Homeschool Connections family. I believe that I could offer support to you in caring for the spiritual welfare of the all Catholic families.
