Samantha Ann Longo Konow
Executive Assistant Woodbury, Connecticut, USA
My faith in God has been the cornerstone of my life since childhood and continues to guide both my personal and professional decisions. Raised in a devout Catholic family where Sunday Mass was never missed, I grew up witnessing my father's dedication as a Eucharistic Minister while actively participating as an altar server and choir member. My foundation of faith was strengthened through Bible camps and has only deepened as an adult through serving as a Lector, Bible study group leader, Catechist, OCIA teacher, and Eucharistic Minister. These ministries have enriched my spiritual life while developing my leadership, teaching, and pastoral care abilities. Professionally, I have built a distinguished eight-year career in executive support and administrative leadership across municipal government, corporate enterprises, and educational institutions. Currently serving as Executive Assistant to the Comptroller for the Town of Greenwich, I manage complex operations supporting a $400+ million municipal budget. My career began as Administrative Assistant to the Dean of the Business School at Mercy College and has progressed through increasingly responsible roles supporting union leadership and corporate executives. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration Management with honors from Mercy College and am completing my Master of Public Administration degree at the University of New Haven with only one course remaining. This academic foundation, combined with my extensive experience in executive support, budget management, project coordination, and stakeholder relations, has equipped me with skills to contribute meaningfully to faith-based organizations. My faith is not merely a personal belief but the driving force behind my commitment to service, integrity, and excellence. I believe my professional skills—administrative management, confidential matter resolution, multi-stakeholder coordination, and team leadership—are gifts from God meant to serve His Kingdom. I am actively seeking a career path and organization that will not only welcome my strong Catholic faith but share in those beliefs and values, creating an environment where I can integrate my professional capabilities with my spiritual calling. I am drawn to opportunities where I can contribute to the Church's mission while utilizing my administrative expertise and pastoral experience to support faith-based initiatives, Catholic education, or Church operations. My goal is to find a position where my love for God, dedication to Catholic values, and professional skills work together to advance the Gospel and serve our Catholic community.

David Jeffrey Stone
Executive Director, Principal, Administrator, CEO, Director, Manager, Servant Leader
To joyfully serve a “make a difference” organization that requires an experienced leader with integrity, excellent communication skills, values collaboration, is an effective fiscal manager, and has a history of trying to implement innovative and productive program development.   “ Serviam. Not I, but we. ” Leadership is more than guidance and willingness. It is more than providing a supportive environment for all people to feel comfortable working in. There are no patented 12-step programs which will ensure successful leadership. Listening skills, critical inquiry, and the collaborative pursuit of ‘win-win’ outcomes are important, but alone they are not enough. Leaders are not made by titles. Leaders do not make excuses or seek to redirect blame.   Leaders serve . A leader is defined by their inner desire…a desire to succeed regardless of the variables which their environment may present. A leader has not only the courage and foresight to do what is right, but also the fortitude and ability to lead others to a successful outcome. I strive to become such a leader, recognizing continued room for growth within myself, but always pressing forward. With effort, humility, and God’s help, love, and guidance I believe that I shall achieve.   Serviam. Thank you for your consideration. -David Stone

Director or VP roles Denver, CO, USA
I am at a crossroads in my career, and I believe now is the time to truly make a difference. My career to date has been in the business world, and I have found success, but that is not all I’m looking for. My Catholic faith and commitment to service are at the heart of my professional aspirations. Guided by the values instilled in me by my parents, I am seeking a new role that allows me to live out my beliefs through meaningful work, especially within nonprofit organizations or mission-driven companies dedicated to uplifting others. As an active volunteer in my parish, I have had the privilege of working on food drives, mentoring youth, and organizing community outreach events, all of which have strengthened my leadership and project management skills. Through my involvement with the Knights of Columbus, I have led fundraising campaigns and participated in charitable initiatives, demonstrating my reliability and deep dedication to service. Having witnessed a lack of compassion in many workplaces, I feel compelled to pursue roles where empathy and service are cherished. I am eager to contribute my experience and passion to organizations whose missions resonate with my faith, ensuring that my professional life mirrors my commitment to caring for others. My achievements in volunteer leadership and community engagement reflect my genuine desire to make a positive impact and underscore my readiness for a purpose-driven career.

Director or VP Denver, CO, USA
I am currently at a crossroads in my career and am taking this opportunity to reflect on my passions and purpose. After many years of varied work experiences, I am now drawn to find a role that allows me to serve others in a meaningful and impactful way within the Catholic community. As a longstanding Knight of Columbus and presently serving as the Deputy Grand Knight, I have seen firsthand the profound difference that faith-driven service and leadership can make in individuals' lives and communities. These experiences have deepened my commitment to living out my faith through service, mentorship, and support for those in need. I believe I am being guided toward a path where I can contribute more directly to the spiritual and social well-being of others, aligning my professional skills with my faith-based values. My desire is to find a role that not only challenges me but also allows me to make a positive difference—whether through ministry, community outreach, educational work, or leadership within a Catholic organization. This transition is driven by a sincere calling to dedicate my talents, time, and energy to service in a way that reflects my core beliefs and devotion to others. I am eager to leverage my leadership, compassion, and commitment to support the mission of the Catholic community and to serve as a positive influence and facilitator of growth and outreach. Thank you for considering my journey and my desire to contribute in this deeply meaningful way. I am excited about the possibilities ahead and look forward to finding a role where I can truly make a difference in the lives of others, guided by faith and a spirit of service.

I believe my energy finance and corporate strategy experience will make me a valuable addition to any team.   My career has been in business development and finance across the energy and telecommunication industries.   Through these opportunities I gained expertise in value creation, project development, strategy formation and implementation, due diligence, risk analysis and mitigation, capital structuring, and financial analysis, among others. My career in energy started with Enron in two power project development groups evaluating the operating and maintenance costs of Enron’s power stations. This required multiple plant trips, foreign and domestic, to discuss O&M issues with plant personnel.   I was also on a development team pursuing energy infrastructure projects in Mexico.   My final role at Enron was as an underwriter in a structured finance group that placed equity, debt, and mezzanine investments in energy companies.    After Enron, I joined CoBank’s project finance team where I underwrote the commitments on six natural gas fired power projects and two natural gas pipeline projects. I left CoBank in 2002 to create a consulting company providing capital advisory services to firms involved in power generation and oil and gas.   My work included natural gas price volatility modeling, financial reviews of a client bank’s energy portfolio, new business development, budgeting, FP&A, asset valuation, complex financial modeling, capital formation, and investor relations.   As a consultant, I served as the Director of Investor Relations and FP&A for Venoco, Inc. during the company’s $200 million IPO in 2006.   Other services include industry research, extensive Excel modeling, asset divestitures, M&A, and creating reports and presentations. In 2007, I joined SFC Energy Partners, a $1 billion private equity E&P fund, as VP of Finance.   During my five years with the fund, I screened all prospective investments in addition to my business development efforts.   I also provided the limited partners operational and technical information on the fund’s investment portfolio. Regarding my personal qualities, I am highly ethical and I try to act with the utmost integrity and I expect the same from others, but I acknowledge that we are not perfect human beings.   I believe in performing my work in a well-organized and focused manner.   With respect to colleagues, I treat everyone with dignity and I ensure that every team member knows their value and receives positive encouragement .   I have been a mentor to younger professionals to help them advance and to provide them with growth opportunities.   As a team leader, I communicate with such young professionals to allow them to pursue roles and tasks of interest to them.
